A structured first step with Betwixt
Organisations often come to us with a specific concern: recurring conflict, unclear roles, overload, communication difficulties, a leadership challenge or the need for new structures. This is an important starting point, but the issue as first described is not always the same as the organisation’s underlying development need.
Our Organisational Assessment combines the leadership perspective with direct insight into the organisation’s day-to-day work, relationships and structures. It creates a sound initial picture of where the organisation stands today and what it needs next.

An in-depth questionnaire and conversation with the founder, managing director or responsible leader.

A visit of up to three hours. Depending on the situation, this may include conversations with the team, participation in a regular meeting and/or observation of relevant workflows.

A structured review conducted by a senior consultant, with peer reflection within the Betwixt team where useful.

An organisational assessment including an executive summary, key findings, development perspective and the areas with the greatest potential for growth—followed by a 45-minute findings conversation.
Standard fee: €1,050 plus VAT
Introductory fee for the first three Organisational Assessments: €850 plus VAT
Travel expenses and travel time are charged separately.
